NAOKO FITZGERALD, Director

Naoko focuses on Fitzgerald Analytic's firm building and business strategy, including the firm’s partnerships and alliance initiatives. Before joining FA, she was a Program Associate at the Japan Center for International Exchange (JCIE/USA), a think tank dedicated to strengthening Japan's role in international affairs and worked on a wide range of US-Japan exchange and research projects. Prior to joining JCIE, she worked five years on Wall Street and obtained NASD Series 7, 55, 63, and 65 licenses while working as a financial consultant at Smith Barney and as a US Equity sales trader at Mitsubishi Securities (USA).

Naoko has a BA in Economics and International Relations from Boston University. She is a native of Japan and spent a year in Ontario, Canada as a high school exchange student before moving to the Unites States in the fall of 1996.

Naoko lives in Manhattan with her husband and two small children. Since becoming a mother and a parent, her focus and passion has been to contribute time and resources to organizations focused on children's welfare.
