Marketing Coordinator

Fitzgerald Analytics, Inc., a fast growing, New York based, management consulting firm seeks a highly-motivated, entrepreneurial-minded individual to join our team of outstanding professionals and help advance the brand of Fitzgerald Analytics through their position as Manager of Marketing and Communications.

Qualifications:

  • College degree with minimum of 2 years of Marketing / Communications experience and of supporting a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to work well with others as part of a team and ability to drive and lead projects to completion
  • Robust knowledge of and interest in: digital and social media, web-marketing, web 2.0, web-analytics
  • Excellent and variable writing skills (IE, ability to write professionally to clients or informally on a blog)
  • Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit, “outside of the box” thinking, professionalism and confidence
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines; track record of working effectively in a fast paced environment; strong organizational skills, highly detail oriented
  • Ability to take initiative, to be resourceful and to adapt to change
  • Competent  computer skills including at least Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of the Consulting industry preferred

 Responsibilities are diverse and include:

  • Be an architect of Fitzgerald Analytics Marketing and Communications Strategy
  • Report directly to the Director of Strategy, and on his/her behalf coordinate Marketing strategy, projects, ideas and initiatives with the Sales and Business Development function of Fitzgerald Analytics
  • Manage marketing projects and initiatives and see them through to implementation or completion
  • Establish FA’s “Conference Based” marketing strategy by researching, coordinating and handling preparation for relevant events, conferences, trade shows and other functions with marketing relevance
  • Creation, production, and management of all Fitzgerald Analytics marketing materials
  • Managing and Expanding Fitzgerald Analytics’ “web-presence”, including the following resources and tools:
    • Website and blog; candidate must be familiar with Web Content Management systems / CMS (content management systems) and have basic knowledge of / willingness to learn HTML.
    • 3rd party resources such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, other social media avenues and more
  • Writing web-copy; researching and drafting blog posts and relevant copy related to  Fitzgerald Analytics marketing and communications activities
  • Interfacing with internal partners in a manner that is professional and effective
