Justin Goldbach, Analyst
Prior to joining Fitzgerald Analytics, Justin worked for four years at the Aspen Institute. He was a founding member of the Institute's Center for Business Education, wherein he worked to integrate social, environmental, and ethical thinking into business school curriculum and business practice. Managing relationships with over 150 schools in 24 countries, Justin led innovative programs such as the Beyond Grey Pinstripes b-school ranking, requiring analysis of over 80,000 pages of submitted data, and the Faculty Pioneer Awards, called the “Oscars of the business school world” by the Financial Times. Developing relationships with a wide range of corporate partners was central to the success of the Business & Society International MBA Case Competition, a program Justin created and still oversees on an advising basis. He frequently represented the Institute at dialogues and conferences around the world, and continues to speak on topics related to corporate social responsibility and sustainability in business education. Most recently, in May 2011, Justin spoke on the topic of social entrepreneurship at IE Business School in Madrid, Spain.
Justin brings a love of people and relationship management to FA. He prides himself on his ability to empathize with clients and translate complex analytics into understandable and action-oriented communications. His recent engagements have included: aiding a leading brokerage firm in identifying key performance indicators (KPIs) and developing dashboards vis-?-vis customer experience; refining the service offerings of an established information company, and; establishing an advisory arm of a next-generation security firm.
Justin holds a B.A. from New York University and a M.Sc. in Public Policy and Administration from the London School of Economics. While an undergraduate, he interned in the office of two Congressmen and in the Harlem office of former President William Jefferson Clinton. Justin is a volunteer docent at the Metropolitan Museum of Art.
