Fitzgerald to Present Insights on "Data-Driven Customer Satisfaction"

New York, NY, October 21, 2010 –  Continuing his thought leadership at the intersection of data, strategy, and technology, Jaime Fitzgerald, the Founder and President of Fitzgerald Analytics, will speak about the role of data in improving customer satisfaction in the financial services industry. 

For the second year in a row, Fitzgerald was invited to present a client case-study at Enterprise Data World, the world’s most comprehensive educational event about data and information management.  The event attracts professionals and executives focused on using enterprise data for strategic, financial, and operational success.
