As a customer experience and analytics specialist, Alex assists FA's clients in the financial services industry in making decisions that encourage long-term customer loyalty and financial sustainability. Alex is well versed at utilizing FA's Information Landscape™ methodology to help clients design and streamline business processes, optimize systems, and manage data effectively.
Prior to joining FA, Alex spent three years with the Aspen Institute's Business and Society Program, working with teams of academic researchers, consultants and business school faculty to reshape the MBA degree to address the intersection of for-profit business and environmental, social, and ethical issues.
Alex is a graduate of Cornell University with a B.S. in Human Development and concentrations in Economics and Government.
