Cynthia RothschildProfile: Cynthia has developed and applied FA's highly successful Managing for Results™ framework, which enables management of complex, cross-functional strategies for global multinational firms. She has extensive experience in organization strategy and design, fact-based analysis and technology and operations modernization for the automotive, financial services, health care and non-profit sectors. She leads the firm’s West Coast practice, located in the San Francisco Bay area.

Experience: During nearly a decade in management consulting, Cynthia has focused on helping organizations make analytics an essential part of their decision-making processes. Cynthia spearheaded a capability-driven strategy at a leading multinational, which contributed to profit growth of 59% over three years. She led the management and roll-out of an IT modernization project costing $15 million involving innovative technologies and frameworks and developed a new market entrant strategy with a projected $40 million in additional operating profit for a client. She has also developed unique and effective methods for facilitating CEOs and Executive Management in strategic alignment and cross-functional collaboration and effectiveness.

Career History: Cynthia began her consulting career with Novantech Solutions, where she served as a Project manager and practice leader of the health care consulting team with a focus on improving efficiency for health care providers. After completing her Master’s degree she joined Fitzgerald Analytics at its founding in 2005.

Background: Cynthia received her M.Sc. in Technological, Socio-Economic and Environmental Planning from Roskilde University in Denmark, and holds a BA with high honors from Wesleyan University. She has lived and worked in China, the Middle East and Europe.

Social Sector Volunteer Positions: Cynthia serves on the Program Committee of Catholic Charities of the East Bay, a diverse, multi-service nonprofit Human Services agency serving the East Bay since 1935 and is the Co-founder and Strategic Advisor to Healthy Media Choices, which helps parents, caregivers and teachers of young children bring media literacy home.
